Two In A Row for Sweet in Australia
BROKEN HILL, NSW, AUSTRALIA (December 27, 2014) – Brad Sweet continued his perfect run of form last night, securing his second consecutive victory in the Ruhs Bros Motorsports 99 car at Valvoline Raceway.
The Californian took the checkered flag after a strong all round night which started with a fourth place in qualifying and eventually qualifying in fourth place for the feature.
Sweet hit the front on lap five and never looked back, putting on a classy display of lap traffic navigation before a stoppage with 11 laps to go.
Challenges for the lead came from Ben Atkinson after the restart and Ian Madsen came on strong late in the race, but no car was going to stop the 99 car from entering victory lane for the second time this summer.
The Ruhs Brothers Motorsports team would once again like to thank their fans and sponsors for such a strong show of support so far. Join us on December 30th at Valvoline Raceway as the team tries to make it three from three victories!
